Time for a little detective work. Can you do a test that prints the same report to preview and then to PDF on the same machine?

There is a 'ColorToGreyScale' property you can set, but it's doubtful to me this is the problem.

If you upgraded from the previous version, you're sure you're using the NEW object naming, not the previous ones - right?
