>Time for a little detective work. Can you do a test that prints the same report to preview and then to PDF on the same machine?

Yes I can.

>There is a 'ColorToGreyScale' property you can set, but it's doubtful to me this is the problem.

As far as I know I don't have that set.

>If you upgraded from the previous version, you're sure you're using the NEW object naming, not the previous ones - right?

I didn't use the prior version. I will contact their tech support dept, so far it has been terrific in helping me with other issues to get this up and going - as I also have the RTF and HTML one as well.

Everything is working perfectly but this one item.

I'll let you know how it goes.

One other item you might be able to give me an opinion on. I found it easier to have my setup program to call their INSTALL.EXE to install the Amyuni Printer Driver on my end user's machine. Since they have released this version 2.10, it has been updated at least 3 times (last time this past Saturday). I was informed by their support tech's that I need to actually un-install the prior version with INSTALL -U, then run their INSTALL.EXE again. However, all the .DLL, etc. files it installs are the same as far as I can see. Having to run this INSTALL -U on 2,000 desktops has already become an 'issue' that is a little difficult. How do you deal with this? I guess what I am asking you is this: I can see where the 'safest' way to make sure the compter has a clean install is to unstall it first, then re-install it - but I wish it were the not necessary.
