You can try:

Try the LPT1.DOS port.

Click Start, highlight Settings, and then click Printers.
Right-click the name of the printer of choice, then click Properties on the drop-down menu.
Click the Details tab.
Click Add Port in the Details tab.
In the "Add Port" dialog box, click Other, click Local Port, and then click OK.
Type LPT1.DOS in the "Enter a Port Name" box. Click OK.

Change the spool settings

Click Start, highlight Settings, and then click Printers.
Right-click the name of the printer that is to be used, then click Properties on the drop-down menu.
Click the Details tab.
Click Spool Settings in the Details tab.
Take the check out of the box in front of Spool MS-DOS Print Jobs by clicking the box.
Take the check out of the box in front of Check Port State Before Printing by clicking the box.

You can also switch between EMF and RAW as a test on one workstation.
