We do not have any control on any problem along the route. As for the route I'm using, since the last few days, I haven't found any latency. Or, I should have said, since a very long while. There is probably a router that went down and traffic is probably peaking at some point. I get immediate results from my end. I saw in one or two requests, that it took about 0.75 seconds instead of .1 but not in the range that you mentioned.
