I am using a grid with most fields from one table and two fields from another table linked by the primary key in the data environment. I have a drop down box to select search by options, then use the corresponding table and set an index and do a search based on search criteria entered into input text boxes. When I first go in the grid shows up fine, but when i switch to do a search on one of the two fields in the second table, after I put in the criteria and hit the search button which sets the index and searches, those two columns go blank, and if i close that container and then go back in, the whole gird appears blank. What causes this and how do I prevent it?
