You might try checking the view definition in detail. I've seen similar symptoms when there was a problem with my underlying view. I ran GenDBC and checked the properties of the view and of each field. The problem was with a field that wasn't even being updated - just a related field from a lookup table. I don't remember exactly what the problem was, but I seem to remember that it related to either the UpdateName of the field or the Tables property of the view. I can tell you that in my case it sure didn't jump right out at me! <g>
