That sounds good to me, you've always been an excellent resource for me in the past. There will be several inhereted custom methods, that will need to be sorted through so that it would work on someone elses codemine setup.

The class does work with CDE. Because I automatically replace the controls in the grid with codemine controls. You can navigate, cut copy or paste through the toolbar. Although paste is useless, since the records are temporary. I replace memo field controls with codemine's editbox, zoom enabled, logical with checkboxes and all others with textboxes.

one other feature that comes to mind is that the grid is sortable by double clicking on the header. BUG: only 8 double clicks are allowed, 9th blows up.

If you require that the grid remember the column order and sizes, it must be subclassed. Otherwise the registry entries are just overwritten by the next find() call.

There are many details and features, too numerous to mention here.
I've had lots of other development ideas on expanding the features, but time has prevented me from many of them.

I'll see if I can get something together to send you.
