When this recruiter was on our mailing list, she read one of the emails sent out to the group, about a position, she solicited the company who was looking for a person and under cut us all. That to me is just unethical. I think the wrong people are now setting the standards.
I'm looking for a job as well. I'm looking either in Boston or Columbus, OH... So far I got some responses only from middle-tier firms and not from any of the hiring firm itself...
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
