And it's sad. I happen to be one of those people (poor schmucks…lol), who has taken a job, as a tech support rep, at an hourly wage 5 times less than my previous salary, to feed my family. Things are tight... very tight. I also had a situation where a recruiter (who knew nothing about coding) infiltrated our users group just to get all of our email addresses. When this recruiter was on our mailing list, she read one of the emails sent out to the group, about a position, she solicited the company who was looking for a person and under cut us all. That to me is just unethical. I think the wrong people are now setting the standards.
