I have NEVER said it wasn't Microsoft's fault. I'm stating it MAY not be their fault. But then, it could be. We do not have all the facts to state if MS is at fault or someone else.
Just to be fair ... if an error is found in my book, I'll take the blame. I have the final say in what gets printed.
