a similar thing happend to me.

I posted some questions in the newsgroup of microsoft. in this newsgroup you don't have to register and therefore I wrote 'Bertl' as sender and 'ro@bluechip.at' as eMail-address.

some of my questions disappeared shortly after the appeared and most of the replies where 'If you tell us your real name you'll get answers soon' - isn't this silly???

but thank god I found this newsgroup - far better than the microsoft.
