The tables are no problem. The program code should also present no problem. What will give you a headache are the screens and menus and popups all of which will need rewriting. Most old FoxPro apps I have completely rewritten to take advantage of modern VFP features.
Bear in mind that menu and screen design are very fast an once you get the hang of it you wont look back.
