Am I misunderstanding you again Fernando? I thought you wanted all countries to stay out of the business of other countries? That means that no country would sell arms to any other countries as arms are not an economical necessity but strictly for self-defense and military action which you stated was the sole responsibility of the host nation, correct? If that is the case, then Brazil should not buy or sell arms period. Economic necessities are a diffferent matter entirely.

Oh yeah, you could still probably get VFP from China...
