How can I refresh data in a grid to accurately reflect changes made by other processes on a network? I have a couple of forms, each with a grid, populated by SQL-SELECT statements in each form's LOAD() event.

There is also a process running that looks at the same files (the ones being listed in the grids) that changes the data. SInce a user may have a form open, looking at data, how can I refresh the data- for as long as the form is open- so that if a change is made, it will show up on the grid shortly thereafter?
