Is this part of the new law that also requires doctors and nurses in healthcare to start calling patients in the lobby by number and not name? I get a chuckle out of that one...it's supposed to go into effect today from what I understand.

I'm sorry, but I may be wrong too. It is just that it is pretty much a standard that Federal law "requires" adherence, not "requests" it. Afterall, if the federal government only requested that I pay my taxes and didn't actually require it, I certainly wouldn't! :O)
