Thank you for the idea. I've at once tried to do a bit more (thought I might be that clever) - to SCATTER MEMVAR NAME cCursorName - and hoped to be able to use the cCursorName.Fieldname syntax in report. To my surprise, I saw only the fieldnames among the variables in expression builder.

Still more surprisingly: not even the cCursorName could be seen as object reference, whereas all other existing objects can be seen there (but no properties!) But the FieldNames are in this case actually the object properties - and they could be seen!

I then tried another name for the object (SCATTER MEMVAR NAME oSomeOtherName) - with the same result, so I guess the objects created with SCATTER MEMVAR are not "real" objects, at any rate as far as the expression builder is concerned. Is it a bug or a feature?
