By the way, I spoke with David by phone as well... I did tell him, that I'm quite upset, that my messages were deleted. He didn't give me information about what caused the "banning".

responded to you as to how I felt and then forgot about it. I've responded to this thread besause it has been totally unfair to a decent organiztion.

I don't think, I'm unfair. I stated the fact, that I was banned and explained the reasons, as I saw them. I told you already, that I may not have the whole picture or even may not realize, what exactly caused the banning. I do like the tek-tips forum, and it was extremely helpful for me in the period I started to learn ASP / SQL Server/ JavaScript. I do like UniversalThread much better, because I'm being a member for more than 4 years, and the interface is more convenient and the community is very friendly...

And finally, UT doesn't have "Red flag" rule...

On the other hand, anybody can mark helpful messages, not only a thread originator. I now often catch myself on the desire to mark a good answer with a star while reading threads in UT...

What the discreditation is? I was banned and that's the fact.

It could be a reason as well. I'm able to consider this especially if it could be proved.

They have no desire to keep anyone from their forums, however, they also will not let anyone keep things a mess either.
