En el teclado US-International: El signo "~", seguido de la n. Otra opción es Alt-derecho (equivalente a Ctrl-Alt), y n.
Para que esta segunda opción funcione específicamente en MS-Word, tienes que deshabilitar la tecla abreviada Ctrl-Alt-N (no estoy seguro a qué estaba asignada originalmente - creo que a la orden "Ver | Normal").
