Thank you very much for your answer again.
I have checked all what you said many times - it all exactly as you said.
But it still does not work stable - some times cursor inside web services at the server has code page 1251, sometimes 1252. But more often 1252. May be that is W2K bug? And I have not chance to solve this problem.

I do not know what to do. I am afraid that this problem could be a reason of slowing down in spreading new MS technology in Russia.
