Nice looking site. One thing that's a bit odd when navigating is that your navigation style changes from the main pages to the subpages. On the main page, you're using a navigation bar along the top. If you click on an item, it goes away and is replaced by a side menu bar, and a bar at the top telling you which submenu you're in (which I like). I'm sure it was done to gain space on the page, but I'd suggest changing this so it's more consistent - for example, leave the top menu item, display the submenu location directly below it. You can still display the sidemenu options if you'd like. Another alternative would be to move "The Reason" picture below "The Case" picture and add a sidemenu here instead (leave the top menu bar, but change it to read like the submenus, eg. "> Home".
