I have to quote on an VFP project of simple accounting system, now my problem is that from last 1 year I have not worked in VFP, working .Net and C# but I have started my career long back in 1989 with dbase/foxpro. So this is always my my first priority development platform. Can anyone suggested what should I charge for this project on hourly basis.
