Ashish, each country and region is going to have a different hourly rate for contractors in any field including programming. The best option would be to check the going rates at an IT recruitment / temping agency in the area in which the contract is being offered.

Also think about the value of your skills vs. other developers. Not all developers are equal in skill , knowledge, and experience. Perhaps your unique combination of these attributes will allow you a higher than average rate.
