You might want to get in touch with Les Pinter. He is a consultant in the US that maintains a virtual office with folks in countries where a small US amount like $10 an hour is a high salary for where they live. I don't want to speak for him, and he may not have work, but it should be worth getting in touch with him. His web site is www.lespinter.com . He used to have a Jobs section where he was looking for offshore and spanish speaking programmers.

Anyway, if he can't help you, he might know someone who can.

Also, if you did/could get a job in the US, would you be able to afford to relocate here. Do you have any experience with SQL Server? Would you be willing to do support and testing? (We may be hiring soon but I don't think my company would want to sponsor a work visa or anything like that. I don't know much about how that works.)
