A follow up. This appears to happen only when I manually resize a window that was maximized by dragging on the lower right hand corner. When I do this the max,min, and close do not follow the window but stay in the original position.
A problem is a problem only as long as it has a possible solution. Lacking that, it becomes a FACT!
