I see. I can make it do the same thing. When I follow the steps you outline the edit windows title bar disappears above the frame.

I did find, though, that if I go to the Windows menu and click on the edit window name, the title bar is restored to a viewable position.

I'd say this is a bug and as a workaround I'd suggest that you stop maximizing such windows (you could drag them to almost full if necessary).

Now, size the window by dragging the lower right hand corner. Click on the maximize screen icon which is on in the upper right hand corner of the screen (for some reason it does not go with the program window). If I now click on that icon several times to make the window full screen and then smaller, it, the window, will eventually dock itself to the top menu bar and the windows minimize,maximize and close icons will disappear. This is what happens to me in my work, but I don't know what the sequence of events is leading up to it. It just seems to happen, perhaps more frequently with browse windows.
