It seems this thread keeps going and going.... I can only imagine the number of hits that searches for SQL will return.

I apologize my question here has already been addressed in this thread as I haven't read the whole thing.

Our apps all use VFP tables. At this point I have very limited exposure to SQL. While I have generally been satisfied with VFP, I would like to set up our application with a middle layer to use either VFP tables or SQL, depending on the customers needs. Is this feasible? If so, do you have suggestions as to how this should be accomplished. I am actually hoping that there may be examples available, but perhaps I am to optimistic. Still, I'm hoping to not have to re-invent the wheel if possible.
