Most of my customers are incredibly cheap and their network systems show it. No software can overcome a business that has an alleged "computer guy" who does their hardware.
It's cheaper to have a well installed network and UPS than an SQL license, DBA, and the accompanying hour glass:-). Heck - they are RAID, evun!
