You and many of us know that, just try to convince some of my customers of that. On the positive side, I do have many customers within this same franchise that do listen to me, and I never hear from them. Heck, one owner cut off the training I was conducting and sent me home early. He figured out how to "read what was on the screen" to do anything he needed to do. He then informed his staff if any of them could not do the same, they could find employment elsewhere. The only time I hear from him is when I see him at their biannual sales meetings.
