I have an NT4 server and a Win 95 client. The NT4 server used to be a Primary Domain Controller, but now its just a plain old Server.

My Win 95 client login dialog still has a blank for the domain when there really isn't one anymore. If I put WORKGROUP in the blank and click OK it tells me there is no domain to validate my user id and it won't let me start windows until I give it one, but there's none to give it! Is there a registry entry or something that will let me set it back to the networking login with just the user id and password?

TIA
"It is an important and popular fact that things are not always what they seem. For instance, on the planet Earth, man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much -- the wheel, New York, wars and so on -- whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time. But conversely, the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man -- for precisely the same reasons." - Douglas Adams
