Yep, pretty painless ... it just does it after it asks you about it. However, it *has* been awhile since I did this (it was with the 2003 Beta).

... and you *did* see my other post clarifying this, didn't you? (That it's not the 1.1 Framework that converts the projects, but 2003 that does it.)
