I'm sorry your experience with the support team has not been positive. However, your experience has not been the same as mine. I've dealt with the support staff and they've bent over backwards helping me work through a problem!!

I also worked on the VFP team for 6 months and I can verify that bugs reported through proper channels are dealt with. As long as they can be reproduced, they are entered in a bug tracking system and discussed by several members of the team to decide how to deal with them. Automated tests are also created for all bugs so that regression testing can be done on a regular basis to make sure that they don't reappear!!
