I've entered several bugs thru the VFP bug web page and the problem is I have no idea if they've been looked at, prioritized, laughed at, forgotten, etc. I feel that if the known bugs were posted here on the UT, I'd at least get some sort of feedback...

As long as they can be reproduced, they are entered in a bug tracking system and discussed by several members of the team to decide how to deal with them. Automated tests are also created for all bugs so that regression testing can be done on a regular basis to make sure that they don't reappear!!
