We've created a simple com object that we pass a customer code and returns a customer phone number.

The com object works just fine when we register it on a local computer and call it from the local computer. We then registered it on a remote computer running Windows XP using RegServer and Clireg32 with DCOM. We are able to create the object from the local computer using createobjectex(), and we can call a simple addition function from the com object and get a result. The problem we are having is that the local computer just hangs when we call a function from the com object that opens a table.
