I'm trying to follow the Walkthrough: Retrieving Data from Different Data Sources in the MS VFP Help. I'm using the cursor adapter to retrieve data through Native or ODBC. According to the walkthrough, I need to set the form's BindControls property to False (.F.). However, running the form with this setting will display no data inside the grid. If I just leave the BindControls property to its default True (.T.), the data will be displayed inside the grid. I guess that instruction is supposed to be for the case retrieving data from XML.
