Thanks for your reply.

I used Iconedit to set up a 16x16 Ico file but I cannot get my
app to automatically display it on the desktop.
(It still displays the Fox head umless I go in and change it.

I have set the Project properties to specify the icon .
Any ideas on what could be happening ?
