Outlook Express offers different accounts, but no security from viewing the other guys mail.
You could let outlook using mail rules send each accounts mail to a personal folder but the other people could still go and look in those folders.
I am sure there is an Email client somewhere that can accomodate the personal accounts, but I haven't seen any lately.
