Yes, you're right, I see now after checking my OE out better. Well, if you're using an NTFS OS, you can overcome this of course, by restricting folder access on a given PC for each user's mail Or, using a server to store emails is another way, for non-NTFS machines, if a server is available. Otherwise, I would do the same as you, look for another mail app.
