Anybody have a handle to security on this POS?

I have an intranet site that 1/2 of the pages fire and the other half (new
ones) don't. Starting to get really cranky here.

So Q. is what setting in IIS management do I set to allow compiles of my
ASP.NET pages. Some of the errors come back where you think the compiled
file is read only.

Yes all these pages run fine on my development laptop.
