I need some advice on how to run CHM help files in Windows 98 (or Windows 98 SE). At one point they actually ran, but since reinstalling the Windows 98 I can not. I have also been unable to do so on several other machines running Win 98. I can use a hyperlink button to call up a browser to view the Chm file, but this is rather clumsy and not workable in a commercial application.
