When you create an installer for your app, make sure you select the HTML option in the setup Wizard (if you are using VFP 6.) This will install an extra file required for the help file to work from within VFP.

I can use a hyperlink button to call up a browser to view the Chm file, but this is rather clumsy and not workable in a commercial application.
