This is a common problem because IUSR_ and IWAM_ accounts are local accounts only and generally don't exist on other machines so the security can't be controlled that way.
There are workaround for this - you can create the same IUSR_ account on the remote machine - same name and same password. That would allow you to access the data there given you give rights to the data for that user.
