Hi Kev,

If this is a one-time thing, I'd believe the system. However, the user could have done the entry and not saved the changes, etc. Why not focus on correcting the error and moving forward rather than focusing on the problem.

If it happens over and over I'd look for a code error or add some additional validating code just in case.
