Yes Fabio,
However it says "if the dates were very far apart it would have an impact on performance". I think refers to date range dependant loops. My loop however is only dependant on the number of workdays and at worst would be called 4 times (assuming you don't want 0 days working employee:) and no matter the date range is doesn't have an impact on performance, IOW fast enough (even think if it could be timed).
