Medical “experts” disagree on many topics including what we eat. The Mediterranean diet (my favorite) includes olive oil as a recommended source of 40% of your caloric intake. The source of fat in the diet is very important, if you want to avoid problems. Beef and pork are a minus one, chicken is a zero and fish is a plus one, negative being an undesirable direction.

Now we are told by one group of medical “experts” that fish is contaminated and you should not eat it. Chicken, beef and pork contain antibiotics, steroids, growth hormones and other assorted chemicals.

So you might consider vegetarian until you investigate how crops are grown. Chemical fertilizers, chemicals to control pests, and contaminated water (not to mention contaminated air) surely have an affect on the plant matter we ingest.

As soon as it is finally determined what food is best for us to eat it will be taxed beyond belief. No, I take that statement back as you know what I mean! :)
