When you change a Grid's RecordSource this is what you get. In the time between disconnecting RecordSource 1 and conecting RecordSource 2 the grid gets all discombobulated and forgets all about itself.

If the Grid id based on a view you don't get this sproblem... There are other ways that work too but, offhand, this is what I remember <s>.
