VS.NET 2003 setup doesn't get past Prerequisites

This must have something to do with having a previous version of VS.NET installed on the box. I successfully installed VS.NET 2003 on my secondary development box - after uninstalling the existing VS.NET.

I thought these were supposed to give you the ability to install side-by-side...
