I ahve no idea why FoxPro allowed it. But thnk about it, at any one point in time what record is Table B supposed to point to. Is it the record related to Table A or the record related to Table C? With this type of relation what is usually needed is reverse relationships, that is Table B related to A and table B related to C so that moving in B moves in both A and C.
