have you tried giving the other users admin rights? if you do and this works then it is a user rights issue with your activex installation. you may have to uninstall and install it again, a lot of programs ask if you want all user or just this user to be able to use the software

Dear all,
I'm using Win2000 Professional, and wondering how to add-in the "ActiveX Control Interface Wizard" into Visual Basic.
Login as Administrator :
In fact, I can see this wizard when I'm using the account administrator on my PC (and this is the account to first run the Visual Basic at my Win2000).
Login as Others :
But when I switch my account to others, the system will install some components from MSOffice while run the VB at the first time, but "ActiveX Control Interface Wizard" can't be found from add-in menu when everytime I open the VB. I have try to find it from Add-In Manager but only found one item, but not the "Interface Wizard".
Have u met this case before? How can I restore the "ActiveX Ctrl Interface Wizrd" for other accounts on my Win2000?
Thanks alot
Aston
