Charles, give it up. What started out as a reasonable thread has devolved into something you'd just be better off ignoring from now on. You'll get nowhere with this. The others no longer want to debate the merits of what you started out with. Responding to taunts will do no-one credit in the long run.

This thread is quickly becoming pure clutter. I think the classy thing here would be to let it die the ignominious death it has earned.
