I understand what you said and agree with your wording. In life you make choices. You believe something is good or bad and act accordingly. You do not know if your decision is the correct one but you must decide on one path. That is a difficult part of being an adult. It is like choosing the “correct mate”! Some people end up getting married and divorced 6 times (like a cousin of mine). Others make the correct choice the first time.

Well, come to think of it programming tools seem to change with some degree of frequency so you have to make many choices about what to use if you stay with this career field for any period of time. That sure seems like my cousin’s attitude towards marriage! I guess I should have stayed with Cobol – it has been around for awhile and there is little sign it is going away soon. :)
